  2. My Acer PC came with Windows 8.1 which I updated to Windows 10. If I restore using the Recovery Partition then it goes back to 8.1. Can I replace the factory recovery partition with Windows 10?

  10. What's the difference between "Fully clean the drive" and "Just remove my files"? My acer came with Windows pre installed, so I don't have a windows CD and I am afraid that my windows will be lost. I'd like to really get rid of everything on PC, though.

  15. Every time I click on the recovery management and hit yes a sign pops up saying that it crashed how can I restore it without using the recovery management?
