  2. when the hagdckson is a live ID account, not a local user account. Please select the (build in)(administrator) account to reset its password then log on your computer using administrator account without a password. how to fix

  7. Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else is searching for forgot login password on laptop try Cypouris Code Recovery Coach(just google it ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my brother in law got cool success with it.
