2. lumia 1020 doesn't have a sd card.
   I've done factory reset, and lost all my photos, and videos. Seems impossible to get it back, because the 1020 doesn't act as usb mass storage...

4. Since some ppl asking how to make WP as drive, if you follow the guide ( http://www.asoftech.com/articles/windows-phone-data-recovery.html ) carefully, it stated
   "Take out Windows phone memory card, and then connect the memory card to computer with a card reader. You will see memory card shown as a drive letter (e.g. E:) on Computer.
   You need to enable windows phone mass storage if files are deleted on phone's internal memory."
