  3. My acer computer is windows vista and it have windows error recovery if I buy me a disc will I be able to restore it to factory settings?
  4. 57 seconds into the video and it is already assumes the computer is running fine and you can get into it to do that. Is there a link out there somewhere to create a recovery disk using a usb from another computer?  Everyone assumes you are wanting to make the recovery disc before something happens.

  6. When I go into my Backup and Restore Center the link to BACK UP COMPUTER is not there. All that is there is "back up files" and "Restore files".... Help guys How do I back up Vista OS now??

  12. I had the same thing too mine it everytime i open a program it ssaid stop working and my registry has been corrupted.... I think if you have CCleaner and u tried to clean your pc they will delete even the registry and it gives you error or failed to open.. So my advice dont try to clean your pc with those software u can download free from the web... Now im goin to recover will see what happens.
  13. My Desktop has vista. It starts up and says "windows failed to load because system registry file is missing, or corrupt. So I can't do anything on that comp. I'm on my lap-top now which has Win 7. Can I make a recovery disk on my lap-top for my other comp? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank's, Dave
  14. ok, i recently installed vista home premium on my pc and will be replacing my motherboarrd, cpu and hdd soon. can i use backup disks to move my os install to my new system?

  17. Hi just wondered before I do anything. I need to do a full factory restore, but I can only do it through my dell inspiron disk.. Does this mean I'll loos windows 7 on my computer if I do it through the disk?
  18. All this happened when I got an autoupdate from IE9. I did not like the new settings so I did try to delete it, it did not delete. I did system restore and everything was working until computer restarted. It went to blue error screen, now windows vista login page does not load. :( Do I need a recovery disc or full Windows Vista Home Premium reinstallation disc?
