Start up your computer, and press and hold F8 when it shows the boot screen. Select Safe Mode. Login as administrator [no password]. Go to control panel, and remove the password on your account.

Hi. just watch you video what to do if you locked out of your computer, it goes through the steps well but after that I get the same screen where im locked out and I cant get in to delete the pass word or creat a new one. Help Please
