3. It doesn't go somewhere, it's simply just because a simple delete just un-links the file. This allows the data to be overwritten. The more times you erase(format) the more difficult it is to see the data. This is why you should use multi-pass formatting on data before selling it. Now, if your data becomes corrupt there's not much this Wondershare can really do but guess what's missing.
4. Make regular back-ups like you're supposed-to and you won't need any "recovery" software!
