    I purchased this software. The problem is after I save the software and open it the second time it doesn't connect to my phone it states something about upgrading my itunes which I did and have the latest version. So every time I have to use the software I need to re download it then it connects to my phone and it brought up all my deleted videos so far so good. Right? Wrong when i try to recover them it says it recovered but when i go to the folder there's nothing there??? It wont even recover pics that are still o my phone? So what am I doing worn. Also when i open the software it doesn't ask for the registration code it has me click a link which says if purchased after trial it activates but then once again wont connect my phone states for me to upgrade itunes and the link on your page for this is dead but like I said i have the latest version of itunes. This is frustrating because your customer service has no phone contact. So help please. I emailed but no response yet. Thank you

I bought the software few hours ago , and I still have the trial version , trial version that I never was able to use , I paid for the one year license , and now that I need to use I cant , I follow the procedure of click her if after your purchase still in trial version , but nothing I tried everything , so now that Im trying to contact our 24/7 contact support , I have to leave a message and they will contact me 12/24 hours , maybe to ask me if I followed all the procedures , and then I may have to send them an email saying yes to be answer 12/24 hours later? this is a joke , I need the product now and thats why is the support to be able at least to answer our inquires. Very disappointed to take the payment system work really well and now that I need support , there is no connection ?

  16. According apple support you cannot restore if your iphone formated cause passcod locked the iphone data encryption enabled but the program can restore from backup or i cloud correct me if im wrong cause apple care about user privacy

  20. i bought wondershare and now i recovered the information to my pc and i restored my phone. how do i put the information back to the phone. cause it is saved as folders or sth. do i just drag it to wondershare or what? thank you
