  17. Thanks a lot! It helps. But there is no files in UnsavedFiles folder. I left an unsaved file, which was named Document6 or something (I do not remember), when the Word crashes. And I cannot find even a hint for this file. It was a letter in a foreign language with some Internet links. It is not a first time I lost important files. Never could recover them from Microsoft Word; always recovered from my head. But this one I do not remember in foreign language, especially links. Why some files disappeared forever?
    Cannot find any *.asd file on my computer. When trying recovering by date, have a message: "You cannot use an Internet address here. Enter a path that points to a location on your computer or on the network." I chose the "datemodified:9/5/2014". So I feel completely helpless. I lost my unsaved work often because my Word 2013 crashes all the time.
