  9. Hi, thanks for the video. First in BIOS I switched hard drive AHCI to IDE so it was detected. However when I run short test or any other option I get this message: "The drive is not responding to commands". I have a Packard Bell EasyNote LS11HR and I need to perform a low level format to erase a malware. Help please

  12. Thanks for the video! I tried to run all the test and passed all except the "Short Drive Self Test". Every time I run it I get the message "Short DST - Fail". Does this mean that my drive is failing ?

  14. Its kind of out of context question but does SeaTool can set SCSI ID without playing with jumpers? OR is it possible to HardCode SCSI ID of a SCSI Disk without a need of jumpers? any software tool for it?

  17. Wait. What is that tingly feeling I am getting when I hear those hard drives? Maybe it's time for 'ASMR Hard Drive Sounds Extended Addition featuring Broken Hard Drives'. I remember being in hospital once and hearing mechanical sounds. If it's done properly it can make one sleepy.

  19. Quick comment on backing up. I do a lot of audio recording and the rule we run is that it must be in three different places for it to be safe. Normally the pc, a external hard drive and a cloud storage device. That way your pretty well protected
